El Gotan Milonga

Zavio and Nicolette organize a recurring tango event known as El Gotan. This event is held on the second and fourth Wednesday of every month at the historic Gator Club in Sarasota, Florida.

Schedule and Pricing:

7:00 PM: Group class.
8:00 PM: Milonga.
Cost: $15 for the class, $15 for the milonga, or $20 for both.
Discounts: A 50% discount is available for your first visit.

Venue and Attendance

The event takes place in the upstairs area of the venue. The dance floor is not so big, but provides enough space for the current number of visitors.

As the floor shows some signs of age, dancers who prefer high heels might consider choosing shoes with a more stable heel.

This community offers a different experience from other Sarasota milongas, making it a good place if you want to practice your tango moves in a relaxed, non-judgmental environment.
